AXI strengthens its SME market position with the acquisition of Teamtel (Zaventem, Belgium)

AXI announces the acquisition of Teamtel, a Belgian IT and telecom specialist headquartered in Zaventem, Belgium. Teamtel was founded in 2017 and has 15 employees. With this acquisition, AXI strengthens its position in the SME market in Brussels and Flemish Brabant and further expands its expertise in ICT managed services and cloud telephony. 

AXI sees Teamtel as a strong and mature player with a wide range of expertise and IT services, including VoIP telephony (3CX partner), internet connectivity, managed Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365, and cyber security. The acquisition strengthens AXI’s position in the SME segment and expands its regional presence. For Teamtel, joining AXI is an important next step in the company’s further development, with access to a broader technological portfolio and additional expertise.
