With investment company IceLake as our new majority shareholder, we want to further strengthen our position in the Benelux and lay the foundation for a pan-European IT platform for SMEs and mid-market organizations. Strada Partners remains closely involved as a significant minority shareholder in our continued growth.

Over the past four years, we have invested purposefully in our growth. Thanks to the integration of specialized IT companies, we have grown into a leading IT partner in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Today we stand stronger than ever:

- Almost 400 IT specialists
- More than 10,000 active customers in the Benelux
With IceLake as a strategic partner, we want to further build on this strong foundation. In addition to further developing our home markets, we are also looking at growth opportunities in Europe. At the same time, we will continue investing in our expertise in AI, cybersecurity, and innovative IT solutions, so we can continue to support our customers to the fullest in the future.
What does this mean for our customers?
Our ambitions reach further, but our approach remains the same. Our management team and all our employees remain on board. Our local roots, personal approach, and long-term customer relationships also remain the foundation of how we work together.
