AXI Group acquires Datalink, based in Diepenbeek

AXI Group has acquired Datalink, an IT specialist based in Diepenbeek. With this acquisition, AXI Group expands its market share in the Belgian IT sector and, with a comprehensive portfolio of IT solutions, can even better support organizations in their digital transformation.

Strengthening IT Portfolio and Establishing a Firm

With the acquisition of Datalink, AXI Group not only strengthens its portfolio of IT solutions but also expands its footprint in the sector. "AXI Group will continue to focus on the growth and expansion of its IT solutions in the coming years," says Paul Peeters, CEO of AXI Digital, part of AXI Group. "This acquisition marks the start of our further establishment in Limburg, where Datalink has had a strong foothold for many years and guides companies to work more efficiently and securely with IT solutions such as cloud services and cybersecurity."

Scaling Up

"Datalink has been supporting SME entrepreneurs in Limburg for over fifteen years in strengthening their digital maturity," says Karen Dendas, founder and Chief Inspiration Officer at Datalink.
