For more than 20 years, Mourik has relied on AXI's IT expertise. This ranges from resolving complex tickets to providing guidance in the event of incidents. “During a recent phishing incident, AXI immediately set up a virtual ‘war room’,” says Van Harck. “In no time at all, we were sitting down with their experts to take the right steps. That accessibility and responsiveness is crucial for us.”
