For over 25 years, Bebat has been giving used batteries a new life by collecting, sorting, and recycling them. As an environmental organization with world-class collection results, Bebat strives to recycle more and better.
Optimal service
Bebat continuously strives for optimal service:
- for its numerous collection points,
- for the organizations affiliated with Bebat,
- and last but not least, for its own employees.
Bebat's strong growth leads to a thorough makeover of their IT landscape
Due to the organization's recent strong growth, its existing on-premises IT infrastructure was at the end of its lifespan. Bebat faced the choice of reinvesting in its own IT infrastructure or migrating to a hybrid cloud environment.
Since Bebat wanted to take its IT infrastructure even further, the second option—migrating to the hybrid cloud—was an easy choice.
Laurenz Kuijpers, Digital Services Manager at Bebat, enjoys immersing himself in innovation projects and, in his role, helps shape Bebat's future IT landscape.
Laurenz helped coordinate this challenging migration project together with AXI.
