AXI supports ACLVB with Workplace 2.0

In 2020, AXI supported the General Federation of Liberal Trade Unions of Belgium (ACLVB) in their internal "Workplace 2.0" project to align the organization with the digital reality of today and tomorrow. 300 laptops and 500 desktops were replaced, and the IT approach also received a complete makeover.

After the orientation phase of this project, AXI provided ACLVB with various types of devices for testing and analyzing over a period of several weeks to help make a well-informed decision. The same type of devices was chosen throughout the organization, meaning all employees now work on modern devices that can be managed much faster and more streamlined. This also allows the IT department to provide much more targeted and expert support to end users. The devices were also delivered with preconfigured BIOS settings, which saved the organization a significant amount of manual configuration time and effort.

In addition, the decision was made to roll out Microsoft 365 to optimize collaboration within the organization. This allows end users to collaborate even more effectively and flexibly from different locations.
