By establishing a protocol for undesirable behavior, it is clear to every AXI employee what is and is not acceptable within our organization.

We do everything we can to prevent unwanted behavior.
By unwanted behavior, we mean for example:

Swearing, shouting, insulting

Discriminatory language

Bullying

Violating integrity

Threatening
-
Obstructing work activities
If unwanted behavior does occur, we will address it directly. Should the behavior continue, we will discontinue our support, end the conversation, and take appropriate measures.
Possible measures include:

A verbal warning by phone

A written warning
-
A ban on phone contact
-
Denial of access to our office
