Financial
The AXI Finance financial package aimed towards health care institutions includes the following modules: basic financial, cost accounting, budgeting, consolidation, banking, direct debiting, invoicing, project management, fixed assets and treasury.
Purchasing & Logistics
AXI Purchase Order Management offers all the required functionality for organising purchasing workflows and for managing warehouses. Includes workflows for the digital approval of purchase requisitions based upon product ranges or webshops; contract management with workflow functionality for the approval and/or extension of contracts.
Invoice management
AXI Invoice Management provides electronic processing and approval of e-invoices or scanned purchase invoices. Includes an electronics document capture solution based upon OCR and barcode technologies.
Data warehousing and business intelligence
The AXI Health Analytics business intelligence solution is responsible for uniformly and consistently creating data from the various primary and secondary source systems (production, care process, personnel, accounting, purchasing ...); after this the unique information source can be utilised in dashboards containing performance indicators, lists, reports and graphs.
